Entering this hotel was a vibrant experience. Stunning design, lightful atmosphere and the most professional staff. the room was immaculate and luxurious with a breathtaking view. Every morning I was greeted by an amazing breakfast, carefully prepared with quality ingredients, accommodated to every special request. the facilities were beyond expectations, from the spa and the pool to the lounge and dining room. the location was perfect, easy access to the city and overall it was an unforgettable stay that exceeded all my expectations.
Although the excellence in customer service was apparent, the dining experience was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. the portions were small considering the price, and the menu options were limited with a lack of vegetarian choices.
